Damage to the Wernicke's area of the brain may lead to Wernicke's aphasia. Wernicke's aphasics results in primarily receptive disorders.

Problem-Patients can not understand spoken or written language but can speak fluently, however speech is often nonsensical.

Example-I went running with my car and picked up the waterfall. I could not find the vision with the understanding.
